The Vintage Car Club (VCC) of Castle Rock is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Colorado.  VCC’s revenue is generated by membership fees and entry fees collected from our two annual car shows (Cruise In Car Show held in June and Hot Rods in the Village Car Show held in August).  The majority of VCC’s revenue is returned back to the community as financial assistance to various local charities and student scholarships.  VCC is honored to have a role in supporting our local community.  More information regarding the Charity Program can be found at thevintagecarclub.com.

VCC welcomes financial contributions from Sponsors and believe it can be a WIN for both parties.  Sponsorship not only helps VCC give back to the community but is vital to help cover costs related to our car shows to include supplies, awards/trophies/plaques, and advertisement.  Once Sponsorship is approved by the VCC Board of Directors, the following benefits are offered to an individual or business that meets donation amount shown below:

$500 Minimum Annual Donation:

• Business associated with a respected car club having over 200 members that hosts the largest Car Shows in the Castle Rock area.
• Business name and logo displayed on VCC Website “thevintagecarclub.com” with an active link.
• VCC willing to distribute sponsors promotional items (flyers, discount coupons, business name magnets, etc.) in our car show packets.
• VCC open to negotiations if sponsor requests a VCC mini car show in support of their business events (i.e. open house at business or shop).
• Business associated with a respected car club that provides financial assistance to several local charities and student scholarships.

$1,500 Minimum Annual Donation:

• Business associated with a respected car club having over 200 members that hosts the largest Car Shows in the Castle Rock area.
• Business name and logo displayed on VCC Website “thevintagecarclub.com” with an active link.
• Business recognized in our Cruise In Car Show Announcement Letter that is sent to over 1,200 prior participants.
• Business recognized on the Car Show Flyer that is posted on the VCC Website, Town of Castle Rock Website, and on all distributed hard copies.
• Business name shared with the Downtown Merchants Association (DMA) of Castle Rock.
• Business name and logo on store front Car Show Posters.
• Business name and logo on Cruise In Car Show Banner that wraps the main stage.
• Business name and logo on Cruise In Car Show Welcome Letter.
• Business recognized as the Award Sponsor at the main stage over the car show microphone.
• VCC willing to distribute sponsors promotional items (flyers, discount coupons, business name magnets, etc.) to over 300 participants.
• Business receives no cost booth space next to the VCC Registration Tent at Car Shows.
• Business receives one free car entry and reserved parking space in the Cruise In Car Show.
• VCC open to discussions if sponsor requests a VCC mini car show in support of their business events (i.e. open house at business or shop).
• Business associated with a respected car club that provides financial assistance to several local charities and student scholarships.
